Adequation is a consultancy specializing in real estate (data, studies, consulting). The company observes and studies residential markets throughout France to help land, development and real estate players optimize their strategies and projects.
CEREMA (Centre d’études et d’expertise sur les risques, l’environnement, la mobilité et l’aménagement) is a Public Administrative Establishment under the authority of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. It supports the French government and local authorities in the development, deployment and assessment of public planning and transportation policies.
MeilleursAgents is a real estate platform. It specializes in online property valuations (leader in France) and in putting private individuals in touch with real estate agencies, and boasts a precise, up-to-date real estate database covering the whole of France at a fine scale.
L’Union Sociale pour l’Habitat (USH) est l’organisation représentative du secteur HLM français, dont elle représente toutes les fédérations. A ce titre, elle informe, assiste et conseille les bailleurs sociaux tout en développant des missions d’étude et d’analyse sur les questions d’habitat.
Institutional partners
The Université d’Avignon was founded in 1984. It offers a wide range of teaching and research disciplines on two main campuses (Hannah Arendt in the city center and Jean-Henri Fabre at Agroparc). Université d’Avignon is co-supervisor of UMR 7300 ESPACE.
The Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) is France’s leading public research organization. CNRS collaborates with academic institutions, companies and other research organizations. It is also co-supervisor of UMR 7300 ESPACE.
The ESPACE laboratory is a joint research unit (UMR 7300) set up in 1997, in association with the CNRS and three universities in the PACA region: Aix-Marseille University, Avignon University and Université Côte d’Azur.
Its main fields of research are space-nature-society interactions around environmental issues and urban systems, and spatial analysis theories, models and methods.
Région SUD Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur is a local authority in southeastern France. Its responsibilities include economic, cultural and territorial development. The region regularly collaborates with local economic partners.
